- Reporting and Communication: Skilled in drafting audit reports and communicating findings to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong business partner relationships with line management, and develop business knowledge through these interactions.

- Team Development: Experience in supporting and developing peers and teams, including on-the-job training and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Innovation and Efficiency: Proactive in using innovative tools and methods to enhance audit activities and improve efficiency.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
