Join to apply for the Accounts Payable Clerk role at Staffing Solutions of Hawaii Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team Position: Accounts Payable ClerkLocation: Honolulu, HIPay: $25/hourExperience: 5 to 7 years accounts payable or financial operations experience (preferred)Education: High School Diploma.Type: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Analyze invoices and expense reports to code charges to proper accounts and cost centers. Process vendor payments, prepare checks, and resolve discrepancies with purchase orders, contracts, or invoices. Ensure credits are received and issue stop-payments or amended purchase orders when needed. Process customer credits and employee expense reports. Maintain confidentiality and uphold payment process accuracy. Position Requirements Proficiency with 10-key data entry. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
