Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Special project focal point to facilitate knowledge transfer between multiple production locations.
  • Coordinate across multi-site cross functional team to ensure the successful implementation of existing products at primary site, secondary site or dual sourced at both.
  • Tooling review and management between sites.
  • Determines the methods and sequences of manufacturing operations for moderately complex products and machine parts and assemblies; ensures that products and processes meet customer quality requirements.
  • Client and document hidden factory and prepare written or graphical work instructions for the communication of manufacturing requirements to production personnel.
  • Support root cause-corrective action activities as necessary.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work assignments may include cross-functional (e.g. quality, design, or test engineering) or project team responsibilities.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • KeyWords-(“Manufacturing Engineer” or “Advanced Manufacturing Engineer” or “Process Engineer” or “Industrial Engineer” or “Production Engineer”) AND (Aerospace or Aviation or Avionics or Boeing or “L3 Harris” or Raytheon or AirBus or “Collins Aerospace” or “Northrop Grumman” or “GE Aerospace” or “Parker Aerospace” or “BAE Systems” or “Lockheed Martin” or “Firefly Aerospace” or “Rolls Royce Aerospace”).
  • Travel: 25-50% travel domestically and into Mexico.
  • Must be able to travel into Mexico and return to the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Years of Experience required 2-5.
  • Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace Engineering experience.
  • General knowledge of aerospace or similar industry products and legal and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing plants.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals and policies and recommend changes to procedures.
  • Familiarity with welding of aluminium and steel sheet metal assemblies in an aerospace environment.
  • Familiarity with brazed heat exchanger core assemblies.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%, with a valid US passport.
