This role focuses on shaping and executing the AI and technical strategy for a leading SaaS platform in the workforce compliance and safety space. You will drive the development of AI-powered features, scalable architecture, and automation solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Working closely with engineering, data science, and product leadership, you will translate complex technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Lead the AI strategy for the platform, identifying opportunities for machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automation. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to design and deliver AI-driven features that enhance decision-making and user engagement. Define success metrics for AI initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Own the long-term technical roadmap, focusing on platform scalability, architecture modernization, and performance optimization. Prioritize technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and system reliability initiatives with engineering leadership. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product plans and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile planning, backlog management, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a technical or platform-focused role. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, cloud scalability, and data systems. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on AI-driven or data-intensive products. Ability to translate technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps and product strategy. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and backlog management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across technical and business teams. Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $140,000–$170,000, with a 10% bonus opportunity.
