Role Overview As a Technical Product Manager at Faro Health, you will serve as the bridge between our customers, partners, and engineering teams. You’ll own Faro’s platform and integration strategy, driving scalable architecture, reliable data exchange, and interoperable solutions that connect clinical systems and power intelligent trial design. You will translate complex customer and partner technical requirements into clear engineering deliverables, define integration roadmaps, and ensure that Faro’s platform and data services enable seamless, secure, and compliant collaboration across the clinical trial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own Faro’s platform and integration strategy: Define and execute a roadmap for integrations that strengthen the scalability and interoperability of the Faro platform. Translate technical requirements: Work closely with customers, partners, and engineers to transform clinical and operational needs into detailed product and integration specifications. Act as a solution consultant: Roll up your sleeves to design, prototype, and validate integration solutions—collaborating directly with engineering and customer teams to ensure successful technical implementation and data flow. Drive end-to-end integration lifecycle: From discovery to design, testing, and launch, ensure integrations deliver measurable value, reliability, and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with data, engineering, product design, and customer strategy teams to build and execute end-to-end strategies for customers—ensuring alignment, scalability, and seamless integration across the Faro platform. Platform enablement: Define standards and tools that make it easier for internal teams and external partners to build on Faro’s platform. Ecosystem development: Evaluate and prioritize integrations that enhance connectivity and data flow across clinical trial systems. Measure success: Define KPIs for platform performance, integration uptime, adoption, and ecosystem growth. Stay ahead of standards: Track industry interoperability standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7 FHIR, ODM) and ensure Faro’s platform evolves accordingly. Available to work East Coast hours occasionally to accommodate customers in Europe and Asia. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field; Masters Degree preferred. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on platforms, integrations, or technical products. Experience managing external integrations or platform ecosystems in life sciences.
