Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud or Platform Engineering Program Manager to lead and drive cloud and platform Consulting engagements for our Enterprise Customers. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, and developer experience to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of platform services.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our cloud and platform initiatives, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Program Management: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Client Management: Manage the Client stakeholders and responsible for communication and reporting of the Program status to all stakeholders including C-Suite Executives.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions.
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software delivery.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of infrastructure, including cloud environments, servers, and networks.
  • Developer Experience: Foster a positive developer experience by providing intuitive tools, documentation, and support for Application teams to build and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of engineers and technical professionals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Budget & Financials: Manage budget and financials for Consulting Engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Overall 15+ years of experience and 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS - Primary, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, storage).
  • Proven experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
  • Deep knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
