Job Description Provides analytical and administrative support to Foreign Military Sales programs, including case documentation, international coordination, requirement tracking, and support to program reviews. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage FMS case documentation Coordinate with international stakeholders and internal program offices Prepare briefs, white papers, and tracking logs Support FMS financial tracking, requisitions, and status reporting Maintain compliance with DoD/DSCA policies Qualifications Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience 3–5 years supporting FMS, international programs, or acquisition Experience preparing documentation, briefs, or program analyses Skills Strong writing and administrative skills Understanding of FMS processes and case lifecycle Required DoD Tools DSAMS, SCIP, or familiarity with FMS systems (preferred) MS Office Suite SharePoint Knowledge of ITAR, AECA, export controls (desired) #J-18808-Ljbffr
