Full‑time role with home‑working flexibility Your future tasks will include Defining the design vision, strategy, and operating model for how design collaborates across the company. Leading and coaching the design team (5 people) to elevate craft, workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration. Driving excellence in Discovery and Delivery across research, ideation, prototyping, and execution. Acting as a change agent – improving processes, increasing design maturity, and enabling better outcomes. Contributing hands‑on to key design initiatives: concepts, prototypes, flows, and design reviews. You're going to need this to be successful in this role 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design. 4+ years in design leadership roles (Lead, Manager, Director, or similar). Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery, with a track record of improving product outcomes. Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers at different seniority levels. Comfort leading organizational or process transformation – shaping how design operates. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership. Willingness to remain hands‑on with design work when it adds value. Advanced level of English. It's nice if you also have Experience working with or within a Product Operating Model (not mandatory).
