Clover LLC is now hiring a OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for Clover Home Health Care a provider of home care and home health care services based in Carmel, Indiana and servicing patients in the greater Indianapolis area. The Occupational Therapist, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, performs patient care as directed by way of a written plan of care and in accordance with state practice guidelines.

You must be highly motivated, provide excellent quality clinical care, be engaging, caring and patient. Requirements:
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Indiana.
Valid drivers license, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Current CPR/In-Person Certification
Valid TB test (past 12 months) or have one placed in our office.
Tech savvy, able to learn and navigate several platforms. Proficient with Apple products.
Perform routine duties independent of supervision but consults with others as required.
Excellent communication and listening skills.

Preferred:
Proficient in using EMR systems, (Axxess).
Minimum of 2 years Home Health experience.

General knowledge of home health practices, including familiarity with relevant state and local services.
