Vistex is looking for a Lead Consultant Analytics who will be responsible for hands-on delivery of Vistex Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud based/hybrid). The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop Vistex Analytics solutions to best address our customers’ needs.Responsibilities:Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills.Strong data analysis and visualization skills.Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into design.Expertise in data model design and development.Experience with reporting/dashboard tools.Ability to manage escalations and difficult situations at customer projects.Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.Project management experience, with the ability to manage risks and escalate issues appropriately.Strong work ethics, driven, dependable, and responsible.Team player with proactive networking skills, results and execution focus, self-starter.Willingness and ability to quickly learn Vistex functionality.Willingness to participate in sales processes as a subject matter expert, if needed.Ability to learn multiple areas of new technology and expand technical and advisory knowledge.Ability to work in a global delivery model.Willingness and ability to travel for client-facing engagements.The compensation for this position is $125K to $145K annually, depending on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The package may include discretionary annual bonuses. Vistex | Now it all adds up.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required.Experience:10+ years of experience, including as an HANA Architect with BI solution design and implementation experience.6+ years providing inputs on BI best practices and architecture recommendations.5+ years of SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise.8+ years in native HANA modeling and ABAP programming.6+ years of functional ERP knowledge (Order to Cash, Finance, Procurement, Go-to-Market).SAP experience is preferred; Vistex experience is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer.
