Sr. Project Manager for Prevention Content Ohio Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention

We will consider applicants whose primary work setting is offsite, but position requires travel throughout the region.
The Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service is seeking a flexible, team player who will work with a multidisciplinary team of professional staff, executive consultants, and students to perform project management functions for the program. The Senior Prevention Content Project Manager will develop digital and print assets for the Ohio Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention and Promotion ( ). In addition, this position will work with Center staff and external stakeholders to create a cohesive and comprehensive learning eco-system that will disseminate prevention science and advance health equity across Ohio. This position will be responsible for developing and disseminating clearly written, well-designed prevention communication materials in a variety of formats, such as web content, blogs, posters, infographics, training materials, etc. This position will be responsible for managing aspects of asset development such as working with internal and external graphic designers, ghost writers, and copyeditors. This position will support quality control procedures for digital and print assets. The position will represent the Center at regional and statewide events. The position will have partial or full supervisor responsibilities for graduate and undergraduate students and external vendors. Duties include:
1) Execute daily project management and duties to develop and maintain digital content, print materials and/or presentations. This includes collaboration with program staff who are engaged in outreach activities across the state and communicating with key stakeholders both internal and external. Collaborate with OhioMHAS IT department to post and maintain content on the Center s website which is owned and hosted by OhioMHAS on the Innovate Ohio Platform. Provide oversight to the project(s) assigned staff, students, internal consultants (e.g., graphic designers) and/or external vendors.
2) Provide leadership and project management support for the Center s learning eco-system, and ensure content is aligned across all learning outlets and social media channels. Monitor/contribute to the coordination of communication activities of programs/projects. Ensure all assigned work plans are being executed as described in contracts and ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time for projects.
3) Develop and maintain programmatic documentation. Provide regular reports and other documentation to project sponsors as appropriate/required. Provide quality control function for all deliverables for all assigned projects prior to their submission funders. 4) Attend internal and external meetings as a representative of the Ohio Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention and Promotion as requested.
