We partner with 1,000+ companies across India, helping them offer healthcare that actually works.Our mission is simple: help every employee in India live a longer, healthier life.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Director of Strategy & Finance to drive Loop’s financial planning, strategy, and governance as we scale. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with operational and financial rigor — ideal for a hands-on leader who can connect numbers to business decisions, design systems that scale, and serve as the analytical backbone for leadership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, COO, and business leaders to shape Loop’s growth trajectory — from forecasting and capital planning to unit economics, margin improvement, and board governance.What You’ll Do1. Strategic Finance & FP&AOwn company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling across insurance, healthcare, and SaaS business lines.Build and manage monthly and quarterly planning cadences — including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and cash flow management.Create frameworks for pricing, margins, and unit economics by product and segment.Partner with business and product leaders to translate growth and efficiency goals into financial outcomes.2. Business Strategy & Decision SupportLead financial and strategic analysis for key initiatives: new business launches, insurance partnerships, healthcare operations, and M&A opportunities.Design dashboards that tie operating metrics (claims ratios, contribution margin, engagement, renewals) to financial performance.Build business cases for new verticals, pricing changes, and product expansions.Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and board-level decision-making.3. Governance & Board OperationsOversee company-wide KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure cross-functional alignment.Own board and investor reporting — prepare financial narratives, KPI summaries, and strategic updates.Partner with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams to ensure sound governance and accountability.Build internal controls and policies for financial reporting, expense management, and capex planning.Support leadership in financial modeling for fundraising and structured equity.Lead capital allocation and scenario planning to optimize growth vs. profitability trade-offs.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions as needed.Have 8–12 years of experience in strategy, finance, or FP&A roles at high-growth startups or top-tier banking/finance firms .Have led financial planning and governance for multi-business organizations (fintech, healthtech, or ops-heavy businesses preferred).Are deeply analytical — fluent in Excel/Sheets modeling, forecasting, and data-driven storytelling.Have strong executive presence and experience working with leadership and board stakeholders.Think cross-functionally: you understand how ops, sales, and product decisions impact P&L.Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where strategy and execution go hand in hand.Why LoopMission that matters: Build the financial foundation for a healthcare system that improves millions of lives.Strategic visibility: Direct access to the CEO, COO, and board for high-impact projects.Startup pace, grown-up problems: Work on challenges that combine scale, complexity, and purpose.Culture of builders: Smart, humble teammates who care deeply about doing great work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
