The role involves:Providing oversight and leadership for Physician POD Leaders, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and onboarding.Assisting POD Leaders with clinical performance (quality, patient experience, ADDM, total cost of care).Collaborating with Executive Directors to achieve financial and operational goals and participate in daily operational management.Supervising and participating in high‑risk huddles and building a team‑based culture.Co‑working with care management, pharmacy teams, and Regional CMO on clinical initiatives and EMR enhancements.Conducting regular 1‑1s with POD Leaders, clinicians, and Executive Directors.Handling service recovery and patient complaint resolution.Maintaining in‑home primary care services delivery.QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard certificationActive medical license5+ years of experience in hospice care, palliative care, or home‑based primary careExperience in medical leadership and clinical innovationValid driver’s license and good driving recordPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience1+ year of leadership/supervisory experienceCompensationPosted Max Pay Rate: USD $325,000.00 per yearPosted Min Pay Rate: USD $300,000.00 per yearIndividual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related considerations.NoticeHarmonyCares and HarmonyCares Hospice are not affiliated with Harmony Hospice Care.
