The Opportunity / Job Description

The OWH program is unparalleled, making breast cancer screening more convenient for women and providing an additional source of revenue for practices all in a low-risk, high reward model, making it a win-win for practices. The available addressable market is significant, and OSM is looking for a Business Development Manager to help our current team cover more ground and dive deeper into new territories.

As a RBDM, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new revenue opportunities within Onsite Women's Health's core markets through cold calls, networking, and referrals. As part of your role, you will establish and build relationships with Practice Administrators and physicians of healthcare practices that meet target criteria. OSH's target market is currently OBGYN and PCP, but there will be growth opportunities in other markets in the upcoming years.

At OWH, we believe in equipping our team with everything they need to be a successful Regional Business Development Manager. As a RBDM, you will receive 4-6 weeks of training from the Business Development Director and mentorship throughout your time at OWH.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities with prospective client practices/networks
  • Bring in and close prospective client practice/network opportunities
  • Generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold calls and responding to incoming leads received through the company's website and other sources
  • Analyze individual prospective client medical practices/networks based on key criteria as defined by the company
  • Assist with preparation of prospective client proposals and other peripheral materials required in the business development process
  • Identify and utilize, as approved by the Director of Business Development, new sources for lead generation
  • Travel, as needed and when requested by the Director of Business Development to meet with prospective client practices/networks and attend various conventions and national/regional meetings of relevant professional associations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of business development activities as directed by the Director of Business Development
  • Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales or recruiting experience
  • Healthcare knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Cold calling, lead generation experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • A sound, practical understanding and application of business development principles
  • Aggressive and money motivated
  • Ability to create opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, phone)
  • Strong grounding in business concepts and dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Reside in Orlando, Florida area
Expectations:
  • Meet all activity and performance expectations
  • Minimum of five new qualification meetings per month
  • Minimum of one proposal per month
  • Input all sales activity in CRM on time
  • Active and collaborative participation in sales meetings
