We’re a fully remote, distributed and diverse team of curious, ambitious, hungry and humble individuals. Role Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment processes, with a focus on non‑engineering roles, and will play a critical part in shaping the organisation's growth. This role will report to Softr’s CEO, Mariam Hakobyan, and work cross‑functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Ops teams. Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition cycle from demand generation and role briefing to active sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to win top talent. Active sourcing of international talents in diverse channels, e.g., LinkedIn, Dribbble, niche communities, etc. Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and consult with them during the hiring process. Structure interviews with a clear agenda/goal, and ensure that all hiring team members are well‑equipped to evaluate candidates. Take ownership in driving recruitment process improvements. Requirements You have at least 4‑5 years of experience managing an end‑to‑end recruitment process. Proven experience in high‑level recruitment within various roles in a fast‑paced, fast‑growth startup. Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers. You enjoy being a hands‑on recruiter, building a pipeline through sourcing and engaging highly passive talent in niche domains. You can handle multiple role recruitment processes simultaneously. You have a go‑getter personality, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to operate in ambiguity and take initiative. Proven organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to track and understand key metrics (hiring pipeline conversion rates, etc). You are proactive and a self‑starter. You can work with minimal direction and take initiative to drive results. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey Softr’s value props and vision to the candidates.
