Employer Industry: Biopharmaceuticals Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $260,000.00 Annual bonus target of 35% of the earned base salary Opportunity to participate in an equity-based long-term incentive program Comprehensive benefits package including retirement savings plan with company match, paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision coverage Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace Chance to lead and develop a dedicated team in a meaningful industry focused on improving patient access to vital treatments What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and develop a zone-level team of Regional Patient Access Managers to enhance patient access strategies Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, patient services, and other departments to support patient access with targeted payers Oversee the approval process for closed-door and retail community pharmacies Provide training on payer-specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs Communicate patient access challenges and opportunities to both corporate and field management What is Required (Qualifications) BS/BA degree in a related field and 12+ years of life science experience, with 5+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access and 5 years leading a team Strong understanding of the prescription adjudication process and payer coverage criteria Excellent knowledge of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers Proven leadership and organizational skills with project and people management capabilities Excellent oral and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Master's or MBA degree preferred PhD with 7+ years of related experience Certified Prior Authorization Specialist Recognized as an internal thought leader within a strategic organization Previous experience in other life science roles We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
