The operations manager leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage "Like it never even happened" Primary Responsibilities Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives. Oversee the management of operational activities. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience. Manage staff development of the production division. Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables. Customer Relationship Management & Conflict Resolution Position Requirements Effective written and oral communication Intermediate math skills Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications preferred Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Competitive salary based on experience.
