Our client is a general contracting firm specializing in hospitality renovations across the U.With a team of 50+ professionals, they manage renovation projects ranging from $3M to $50M for hotels and resorts. Description
- Oversee hospitality renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage project schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Travel to project sites bi-weekly for 2-3 days during the week, monitoring progress and resolving any issues on-site.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Profile
- 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project management for high-end interiors or hospitality renovations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is required.
- Previous field experience, preferably having started in a trade or as a Superintendent before moving into project management.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time, with no weekend travel required.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $95k - $130k
- Bonus Structure: 10-20% based on personal project profitability.
- Full travel expenses covered (hotels, flights, etc.).
