Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support operational efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other senior leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement. Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Monitor financial performance and trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and financial stability. Oversee the management of financial risks, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to protect the organization's assets and financial health. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance team and across the organization. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans and forecasts. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing finance team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.Proficiency in financial management software and systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
