Assisted Living Executive Director – Full‑Time 1st Shift North Shore Health is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee our assisted living center. Summary / Objective – Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction. Accountable for census development, accounts receivable and collections, maximizing net operating income, resident care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, and effective business planning. Required Education and Experience Previous experience in an assisted‑living setting. Demonstrated success leading a productive work environment. Skills and Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least 3 years of management experience. Experience working with older adults in senior living or long‑term care settings preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills with residents, families, and staff. Proficiency with computers and electronic devices. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
