What You'll Do 🚀

  • Architect Full-Stack Solutions 🌐: Design, build, and scale comprehensive full-stack systems that power our consumer-facing applications and internal tools. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that both backend services and frontend interfaces are performant, secure, and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Drive Platform Scalability 📈: Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable backend systems that support real-time data processing, high-volume traffic, and AI model integrations. You’ll play a key role in designing APIs and data pipelines that ensure reliable, responsive applications.
  • Own Key Systems End-to-End 🔧: As a principal engineer, you’ll take full ownership of critical full-stack components, managing them from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization. This includes overseeing the integration between the frontend and backend systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams 🤝: Work closely with product managers, frontend and backend engineers, and designers to ensure cohesive and holistic product development. You’ll be the bridge between frontend UX and backend logic, ensuring our tech stack works together seamlessly.
  • Mentor and Guide 👩‍🏫: As a senior team member, you’ll mentor engineers across the stack, share best practices, and promote technical growth. Your leadership will help shape a positive and high-performance engineering culture within our growing team.
  • Innovate and Adapt 🔄: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly. You’ll be at the forefront of finding solutions to complex technical challenges, helping to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-powered applications.


Who You Are 🌟

  • Full-Stack Expert 💻: You have 10+ years of professional experience building and scaling full-stack applications, particularly in Python. You’re comfortable navigating the entire stack and delivering quality code that scales.
  • Leader and Mentor 🤝: You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects. You’re comfortable taking charge, guiding the team through technical challenges, and being the go-to person for difficult problems.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset 💡: You thrive in the startup world and have experience working in (or even founding) early-stage companies. You’re hands-on, proactive, and driven to see ideas through to completion.
  • AI-Curious 🤖: While experience with AI or machine learning isn’t required, a keen interest in generative AI and its potential is essential. You’re excited to work alongside AI engineers and learn how to integrate AI-driven capabilities into real-world applications.
