*Description*
1st shift available 7am-3:00 pm
2nd shift available 3pm-11:00 pm

Shifts can be flexible
Part time candidates also considered.
90 Day-Probation Period

*Summary:*
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing tractor and Food Grade tank trailers, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
* Works closely with peers, leadership team, operations, drivers, and vendors on a variety of shop-related issues.
* Good time management skills and be able to work unsupervised.

Quality Late Model Equipment to ensure food product safety. Tractors and trailers are reliable, well-maintained newer-model units.

*Requirements:*
* 1 years' experience working with Class 8 Equipment
* Have tools
* Applicants must be at least 21 yrs. old
* Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Strong technical background in class 8 maintenance.
* Successfully demonstrated clarity and conciseness in communication skills.
* Computer Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.
* Successfully demonstrated problem solving skills.
* Successfully demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
* Successfully demonstrated welding skills in non-standard situations and on varying materials.
* Ability to contribute to the work of the leadership team of the shop.
* Possess minimal typing skills for data input.
* Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing work priorities.
* Consistent demonstration of good interpersonal communication skills.

*Qualifications*
* 1 year experience on class 8 equipment
* Must have own tools
* Driver's License (Required)

*Hourly Rate*
* Up to $26 based on experience
* Additional $.50 per hour 3pm - 11pm, shift premium
* Class A CDL is a plus $1.00 per hour

*Paid Days off*
* (7) Paid Holidays per year
* (1) Paid Personal day after 12 months employment
* Boot Allowance $135 per year after 90-day probation
