OB CRNA Nocturnist – Part‑Time – St. Joseph’s Medical Center – Stockton, CA Somnia Anesthesia is seeking part‑time CRNAs to join our collaborative team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California. This position offers full clinical autonomy, competitive pay, and a flexible schedule in a vibrant location with access to Sacramento, San Francisco, Napa, and the Sierra Nevada mountains. Practice Environment 355‑bed regional medical center (Common Spirit Hospital System) Anesthesiology department: 12 physicians, over 30 independent‑practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians Approximately 14,300 anesthesia cases annually: 9,000 surgical, 800 cardiac, 2,000 out‑of‑OR (GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, interventional radiology) OB services: 3,000 births per year, 250‑300 births/month, average 4 epidurals and 3 C‑sections per day Two obstetric operating rooms and eight labor rooms in a recently renovated pavilion Compensation & Benefits Annual salary $249,600 (4 shifts per pay period) ≈ $2,400 per shift $26,000 sign‑on bonus (2‑year commitment) Prorated benefits based on FTE: paid time off, annual CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, disability 401(k) with employer contribution, flexible spending accounts Malpractice insurance provided (W2 only) Clinician‑led, physician‑owned group Professional development, mentoring, and wellness support Qualifications 2+ years experience at an independent practice site Prior OB experience Proficiency with spinals and epidurals Active state RN and CRNA licenses Board certification required ACLS • PALS • BLS Who We’re Looking For Part‑time CRNAs Confident, motivated professionals who value autonomy 2+ years experience as a CRNA New graduates will not be considered for this position Strong decision‑making skills and ability to work with an underserved, high‑acuity patient population High interest in collaboration with learners and students Location Highlights Conveniently located 50 minutes from Sacramento, 90 minutes from San Francisco, and within a few hours of Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park Staff often reside in nearby communities such as Stockton (Brookside), Lodi, Elk Grove, Manteca, and Tracy Contact Information Jeff Andersen📞 (214) 738‑2569📧 jandersen@somniainc.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
