Production Supervisor

This is a temp to perm salaried position with a starting salary of $60,000.
What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Organizing the Production Floor and ensuring efficient workflows
• Setting up jobs at work stations and ensuring all necessary materials are available
• Monitoring and meeting delivery commitments
• Interacting with Materials and Quality departments
• Walking the floor to ensure everyone has what they need to perform their job
• Ensuring deliveries are going out on time
• Conducting process sheet reviews and development
• Maintaining a highly organized mindset for production efficiency and quality
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in a production environment, preferably in a custom-built to print work setting
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to optimize space utilization
• Understand the importance of keeping employees motivated, aware, and engaged in a bench assembly role
• Are familiar with IPC standards and have knowledge of soldering, crimping, and other assembly III role skill sets
• Have experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred but not required)
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to quality
• Are familiar with ISO compliance standards
