- Perform laboratory testing as a generalist in various areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, Transfusion Services, Microbiology, Phlebotomy, Virology, Flow Cytometry, and Apheresis
- Ensure compliance with laboratory accreditation and inspection standards, including CAP, CLIA, AABB, and FDA
- Maintain a focus on patient safety and quality care
- Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Adhere to the Standards of Excellence in Attitude, Communication, Responsiveness, Compassion, Teamwork, Ownership, Safety, and Respect
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Provide support for holiday coverage as required
