In this position, you’ll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to recruiting, managing business metrics, and ensuring patient and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee center operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of top-quality care.
- Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care
- Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists
- Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes
- Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
- Manage center staffing levels and optimize workflows
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field
- Active medical and DEA licenses
- ACLS Certification preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,544.30 to $304,860.40 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
