As a Clinic Medical Director, you'll support the Director of Medical Operations by ensuring consistency in clinical care delivery and clinician onboarding. You’ll also play a key role in developing and executing clinical and financial strategies. In this role, you’ll provide clinical coverage, mentor and onboard new clinicians, and ensure that our standard workflows are maintained, all while delivering top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, lead by example, and mentor clinicians

  • Manage clinical and support staff, ensuring an optimal environment for patient care


Requirements
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license in the state of jurisdiction
  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
  • Preferred experience in clinical and managed care as well as physician management

This position offers a base compensation range of $281,000.00 to $350,000.00 annually, plus additional incentive bonuses, based on experience and location.
