We are seeking a skilled Press Operator with Flexographic experience. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses in a manufacturing environment.

This position is located in the MORRISTOWN AREA.

General press knowledge/ Flexographic experience and troubleshooting mechanical skills required

Responsibilities
- Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature & amount of materials for quality production.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity
- Perform routine maintenance on presses
- Complete quality checks & Paperwork every day to maintain production & industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with press operations
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements
- Requires standing, walking & bending throughout the entire shift
- Problem solving skills both in a team atmosphere as well as individually
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands
- Ability to learn new technology and equipment
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and schedules
- Frequent lifting and carrying materials up to 50lbs
