Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• MD/DO Hospitalist

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift Availability: Day hours (7a-7p), Night hours (7p-7a), Swing- (3p-3a); 5 days per month

• Setting: Inpatient

• Required Procedures/Job Duties: no procedures

• EMR: EPIC

• Support Staff: Echo Tech, Lab Tech, NP/PA, RN, X-ray Tech

• Census/Patient population: Adult, Geriatric

• Admissions: depends on the shift

• What is the average census? 15-17 pts

• Travel Lodging: N/A- use standard GSA rateAir Travel: Air travel okay; local, is highly preferred

• Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 90-120 days

• Credentialing with other facilities? No

• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No
  

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CO license Required

• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required

• Active ACLS - Required

• Clean Malpractice - Required

• Clean Background - Required
