Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in USA, is looking for Engineer I -(Assistant) in Elkhorn, NE. Our client is looking for a talented Engineer to provide technical support for assays and analytical techniques, implement data analysis techniques, and lead technical studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, engineering, or a related field, excellent technical and communication skills, and experience in process analytics and problem-solving.
Job Title: Engineer I - Assistant
Location: ONSITE - 21401 West Center Road, Elkhorn, NE 68022
Pay Rate: $34 per hour
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in biology, biochemistry, engineering (preferably chemical, biochemical, biological, or similar), microbiology, molecular biology, virology, or a related field
Excellent technical, organizational, interpersonal, collaborative, and verbal/written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of appropriate methods to conduct process analytics, including statistical process control, regressions, analysis of variance, etc.
Ability to examine an issue from diverse perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, ergonomic risks, potential to automate process)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for assays and analytical techniques
Implement and incorporate data analysis techniques, including statistical process control
Lead technical studies and author reports to advance project goals and deliverables
Support routine analytical testing and technical investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in a similar field
Leadership role experience
Familiarity with microbiological, molecular, or biochemistry principles, including sterile processing, biologic or vaccine processing, and cGMP experience
