Nurse Case Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patient throughout a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care. Works at varied clinic and provider locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 5 years Clinical experience.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
