About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinic Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an in-patient care or Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) setting.
  • Experience in critical care, operating room, emergency room, recovery room, endoscopy, or GI lab settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in specialty (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, or CGRN).
  • Coursework or training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
  • Coursework or training in sterile technique.
