Become a Revenue Cycle Team Leader with Agape Care Group
We are looking for Revenue Cycle Team Leaders The Revenue Cycle Team Leader supervises and directs the work of the billing team in all daily activities. Reviews billing processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies in the accounting processes. The Revenue Cycle Team Leader ensures compliance with agency policy, accounting standards, general accounting practices, and billing requirements of Medicare and Room and Board. The Revenue Cycle Team Leader will follow uniform billing procedures and practices according to Medicare and Room and Board in accordance with the HIM-11 guidelines.

EDUCATION: Associates Degree preferred.
LICENSURE: Not Applicable
EXPERIENCE: Five year’s of clinical billing experience required. Accounting practices or experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred
SKILLS: Knowledge of medical terminology. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Good communication, interpersonal, telephone and documentation skills. Excellent word processing skills. Demonstrate ability to multi-task. Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace.
TRANSPORTATION: Reliable Transportation
HEALTH STATUS: Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
