Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Foreman with a minimum of 7 years of experience to oversee our high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury construction projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The superintendent/foreman will work closely with clients, builders, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously. Candidate should be willing to travel throughout the Massachusetts and Greater New England area.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects from inception to completion

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Ensure compliance with regulations, and safety standards

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

- Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or delays

- Communicate effectively with clients, builders, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Attend site meetings, pre and post construction walks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience to manage high-end, luxury construction projects with attention to detail and quality

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control procedures

- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage in this role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation

- Tech Savvy

- Valid Driving License

- OSHA certification preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Project
