Responsibilities:

* Support forecasting efforts to maintain inventory targets and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
* Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance to develop pricing strategies to improve margins and

remain competitive in the marketplace.

* Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to grow aftermarket revenue.
* Gain leadership alignment via the stage-gate process by building robust business cases for new product

offerings in the marketplace.

* Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitive offerings, and brand positioning.
* Support the development of product lifecycle plans for GSE equipment.
* Collaborate with content and e-commerce teams to maintain accurate marketing content and improve

customer e-commerce experience.

* Analyze aftermarket and customer service data to drive improvements to GSE customer experience.
* Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood,

empowered and valued.

Qualifications:

* Education: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, sales, or other related

field required

* Self-motivator that can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience required//
* Software Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Qlikview
