We are currently hiring an RN Home Care Director to join our team in Owensboro, KY

As the RN Home Care Director, you will,
* Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care
* Ensure all staff are oriented/supported to be successful in their job performance
* Liaison between, staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources
* Operates agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.

* Oversee patient care services and day-to-day operational needs

Education and Experience
Experience Desired
* One Year of Home and Community Based Services management experience preferred.
* 3-5 years relevant supervisory, clinical management experience
* RN Required
License Requirements
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle, or public
* Licensed RN required.
Skill Requirements
* Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client's
* Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
* Able to work independently.
* Good communication, writing, and organizational

* CT, KY, MA, MD, OH, PA, TN, WI: No additional requirements
