Job Summary:
Recruiting for a vascular/endovascular surgeon to join a collaborative team for Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Qualified Candidates:
* Must be eligible and ability to be board certified in their specialty within the required timeframe
* New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
Desired Skillset:
* Percutaneous and endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial diseases
* Open and surgical bypass procedures for PAD
* Endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm
* Thoracic endovascular aortic aneurysm repair
* Extra-cranial carotid disease
* Venous procedures including VNUS closure procedures a plus
* Proficient with wires and catheters

* 2 freestanding ERs
* 24/7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program
* 24/7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program
* Implementing psychiatry residency program in summer 2021 with Tufts University Affiliation
* Internal medicine and family medicine residency programs with Tufts University Affiliation
* 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds
