Overview

What will a Behavior Technician do?

- Provide 1:1 individualized behavioral intervention treatment in clients' homes - Coach, model and support clients

- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior

- Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more

Location:

We current provide in-home services primarily in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. Our ABA clinic is located in Brookfield.

We look for individuals who:

- Can work independently

- Are accountable

- Ability to have fun, engage and interact with children and adolescents

- Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years

- Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License, and Proof of Auto Insurance

- Have a GED/HS diploma

- Experience in behavioral therapy or applied behavior analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred
