We work with clients not only in their homes and community but now have a center based ABA program working with clients 18 months to 5 years old (located in Brookfield) What will you do? Coach, model and support clients Provide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized plan Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more We look for individuals who: Can work independently Are accountable Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance What will you do? Coach, model and support clients Provide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized plan Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a health service field preferred (i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling, etc) 2000 hours of documented experience with children and/or adults with special needs Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation Wage and Benefit Information Competitive Wages and Paid Training Newly Adjusted Pay Scale Positions based on education/experience.
