Position Overview:

As an RBT at Reset Behavior LV, you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care, tracking progress, and supporting our clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and response to interventions.
  • Support: Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home and community environments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and quality of care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and team members, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices and continue professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
