Las Vegas, United States Reset Behavior LV Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $25

The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior  reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with  Autism, Early Intervention, and related developmental and mental health disabilities in  home, community, and varying settings. The Registered Behavioral Technician will collect data on  programs, implement treatment plans, and assist the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with  clinical assessments as needed. Essential components of this position are listed below but subject to  change at the discretion of Reset Behavior LV. This job description describes essential job  functions but does not provide an exhaustive list of duties that may be assigned. Specific duties and  responsibilities may vary.

RBT-1: This position includes all new full-time and part-time employees and newly licensed RBTs who have less than one year of experience. In-clinic, hybrid, and home sessions may be assigned to RBT-1 employees. All new hires will be an RBT-1 during their 90-day probationary period,  even if they have been licensed longer than one year.  Part-time employees (less than 30 hours a week) will not qualify for health care benefits, paid flex time off, or guaranteed schedule benefits.  Any administrative hours (not with clients) that are preapproved and needed, every RBT will be reimbursed at a $15 an hour rate.

The levels of RBT positions are not necessarily associated with a change in pay. Rather, these levels  specify the employee’s eligibility for certain benefits and privileges such as the Guaranteed  Schedule benefit, Early Out benefits, and priority for in-clinic positions. Note that some benefits are  only available in the clinic setting. These roles will help identify the point at which an employee  becomes eligible for in-clinic benefits.
