Solar Sr. Project Manager

Are you ready to take charge of large-scale solar, wind, and CHP projects and drive clean energy forward? We are seeking a seasoned Solar Sr. Project Manager to lead our technical team in the construction and implementation of multiple commercial clean energy projects.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee the construction process, collaborating closely with EPC, landlords, and tenants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Negotiate and document EPC agreements across all clean energy platforms.
* Lead a dynamic team of technical and project management professionals in constructing various clean energy platforms, including solar, wind, and CHP.
* Manage the review and approval of intricate electrical and construction engineering plans.
* Handle major O&M outages for wind assets, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
* Develop and approve commissioning test plans, leading a robust testing program.
* Navigate the permitting process and manage landowner relations at various project sites.

Who You Are:

* A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred).
* An experienced leader with at least seven years in engineering and construction team management.
* Well-versed in commercial solar project management.
* Willing to travel and be present at remote project locations as needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and equipped with effective communication skills.
