ELS is hiring for the position of Golf Starter in Mesa, Arizona.

What you'll do:

The Golf Starter controls the pace of play on the golf course and provides information regarding the course, play time and other related issues.

Your job will include:

* Greet golfers on the first tee, check receipts for payment and record basic golfer information.


* Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups.


* Inform golfers as to basic rules and the pace of play policy.


* Work with Rangers to monitor the pace of play policy and intervene when necessary.


* Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.



Experience & skills you'll need:

* Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.


* Basic knowledge of golf preferred.


* Exceptional customer service skills.


* Valid driver's license
