Job Description:
Assists instructors within class experiences for students. Assists with maintaining OTA labs. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Working knowledge of current practice and techniques associated with the occupational therapy assistant content.
* Physical ability to demonstrate occupational therapy techniques associated with course content.
Manage equipment associated with course content.
* Ability to discuss and demonstrate skills on the level appropriate for occupational therapy assistants.
Demonstrated technical/professional proficiency.
Essential Functions:
* Assists instructors with in class experiences for students.
Assists with maintaining OTA labs.
Other duties as assigned.
Other Characteristics:
* Adaptable to various situations and persons.

Effective communication skill
Minimum Education/Experience:
* Associate degree or two-year technical certificate
