RPC Mission: To love God with all that we are while making more and better followers of Christ
RPC 10-year vision from 2021: To plant, foster, and adopt 50 churches by December 2030
Plants include: RPC Campuses and autonomous local churches
Fosters include: applying assistance, coaching and consulting for churches for a short duration
Adoptions include: churches being grafted into the RPC family (churches on the verge of closure, etc.)

Main Function
To serve RPC KIDS in specific ministry engagement opportunities, also participating in current outreach and discipleship opportunities.
Responsibilities
Ministry Engagement 5 hours
• Assisting with setup and ministry on Sunday mornings at Central or Parker Square for RPC Kids.
• Discipling 4th and 5th grade Girls at Central and Parker Square and creating opportunities for community.
RPC Kids Weekly 10 hours
• Attend all weekly RPC services (taking 1-2 Sunday services to attend as a church member)
• Attend RPC Kids events and trips as assigned.
• Participate in weekly RPC Kids meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing RPC Kids events.
• Weekly or bi-weekly one on one with Children's Minister for development and discipleship
• Attend weekly fellowship night with RPC Student Interns.
Expectations
• Spend time in your personal walk with the Lord daily.
• Remain above reproach in personal and ministry interactions.
• Be a self-starter.
• Maintain a team-centered attitude.
Accountability
• The Summer Intern will work in a team atmosphere reporting to the children's minister.
