Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our Finance and Accounting team as interns. As a Stryker intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge in a fast-paced and growing industry setting, develop your skills, and network with key stakeholders and leaders of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Provide support to teams to develop new and improve existing finance and accounting processes
  • Create ad-hoc templates to utilize various ERP systems better
  • Leverage Excel and systems skills to automate and optimize reporting
  • Coordinate with other departments to set projections/budgets
  • Communicate variances v. financial targets to management and other departments
  • Reconcile balance sheets accounts as assigned by management
  • Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets
  • Collaborate with other Finance interns across the country in a case study project
Requirements
  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
  • Graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be eligible to work on a permanent basis in the United States
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
About the FAR Program

The FAR program is a three-year leadership accelerated development experience designed specifically to prepare and develop finance leaders of the future. Our Rotational Analysts develop critical leadership, systems, and technical skills through diverse rotational assignments, customized training, and personalized coaching and mentorship.

As a Rotational Analyst, you will complete three one-year rotations, including a rotation in a new geographic location. This is a great way to start your full-time career.
