Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Demonstrated experience with membership sales, customer service, facility maintenance, risk management, facility supervision, staff oversight, event management, and scheduling. Must be willing to enforce facility policies. Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED within the first month of employment.

Desired Qualifications

Positive attitude, experience with customer service, and the ability to work with a team or as team leader to prioritize and problem solve.

Position Purpose

Responsible for the general oversight of the Rec Well Facilities supervision to include event management, facility maintenance, enforcing all departmental policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable recreational environment for members and user groups. Facility Assistants provide customer service, deal with transaction sales and can serve as leaders of part-time staff. They must provide appropriate care in emergency situations.

Job Duties
