We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnosis in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for a Counselor (LCSW/LPC) who wants to provide truly patient-centered care in the Denver, CO and surrounding areas - with Part-Time positions available for clinicians who will accept patients for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

PAY: $50 an hour

Flexible Schedule: 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

Assess, counsel, and direct medically complex patients by developing individualized treatment plans to assist with adjustment to disability, resource linkage, and behavior modification.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Completion of Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work (LCSW) and state licensure required. Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
