Responsibilities

* Organizes, labels and files electronic and hard copies of case materials as directed.
* Researches and retrieves documents from case management systems (CaseMap, FileSite, eRoom, Pacer, and Relativity) as requested.
* Maintains and organizes supplies to support client matters, including distribution of supplies and case files for special projects/events such as trial and on-site document reviews, collections and productions.
* Maintains and retrieves case files as requested and prepares closed matters for off-site storage.
* Assists with document collection and maintaining e-rooms.
* Processes production letters and other case correspondence and pleadings.
* Organizes document productions and prepares indices of document productions.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and/or some experience in a law firm preferred.
* Excellent technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are required.
* Familiarity with case management systems and/or E-Discovery platforms (CaseMap, FileSite, eRoom, Pacer, and Relativity) is strongly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate filing skills.
