Shift Manager Benefits:

Shift Manager Responsibilities:

* Organizes and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
* Promotes a positive service-oriented culture and fun teamwork environment
* Ensures the entire team adheres to company operation policies and procedures
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through

Shift Manager Qualifications:

* Must be 18 or older to apply
* 2-3 years Restaurant experience within a leadership role
* Food Handler certification may be required
* Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards
